Contacted Loreto Group about some tricky fixes to a number of large tilt and turn windows which l was struggling to get sorted.
Quickly got an appointment and met Alejandro (on time to the minute) who was able to fix all the issues and ensure that the windows are now operating like new.
No issues, no delays, no drama and a commitment that if there were any issues they would be back to sort them. Exactly what I was hoping for.

We recently had Alejandro from Loreto Group replace the seals on our windows and doors, and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, and very pleasant to deal with throughout. Our front door turned out to be a tricky one, as the previous occupants had actually glued the seals in, but Alejandro managed it. The difference is noticeable already, everything feels properly sealed again. Highly recommend both Loreto and Alejandro for their excellent service.

I cannot praise this company enough. My windows were broken and cold air was getting in causing quite a chill. I called Loreto and they had a technician out fairly fast. Alejandro came out and I have to say he was the most polite guy I have ever met. Fixed all my windows and when he was leaving he gave a handshake. Brilliant service

"We are a large Credit Union, based in South Dublin City, operating from seven branches. We first engaged Loreto Cleaning Services in 2012 to handle cleaning activities in our main office in Rathfarnham Village. Since then we have extended their service to two other offices and intend over the coming year to introduce them into our other branches.
You will deduce from this that we have been very happy with the service provided by Loreto Cleaning Services over the past 8 years or so. We have never had a problem with missed days, and any issues arising were minor in nature, and resolved promptly to our satisfaction. Mark Dunne has always been just a phone call away! I wholeheartedly recommend Loreto Cleaning Services and would be happy to be contacted should a prospective customer wish to discuss any of the above."

"Loreto Group began working with us in Harvey Nichols Dublin early last year, and they have provided a first-rate service since the beginning. They are professional, efficient and are always eager to help with any requests we may have.
The staff members they placed with us are very personable and are excellent at their job. They ensure that the store is always spotless. On top of the daily cleaning service, they recently completed a deep clean of our restaurant and bar area, and we were absolutely delighted with the results.
We would recommend Loreto Group without hesitation to any company looking for cleaning services."
