LoretoFix is a trading name of Loreto Facilities and Maintenance ltd. A maintenance division of Loreto Group, loretogroup.ie.
Loreto Group was founded by Mark Dunne in 2004 with a simple operating standard: turn up on time, do the job properly, and treat people right. Over twenty years later, that same ethos drives LoretoFix.
After two decades of managing large commercial sites across Ireland, we launched our dedicated maintenance division to give homeowners, landlords, and property managers a hassle-free solution for domestic repairs. Whether it is routine home upkeep or windows and doors repairs, we take the stress out of property care.

Managing Director
Mark founded Loreto Group in 2004, building the business around hands-on customer service and long-term client relationships. He oversees the strategic growth of LoretoFix, ensuring the residential division maintains the high standards established over the last two decades.
Jennifer Slaughter
Director of Operations
Jen leads operations across the group, bringing high-level structure and scheduling to our maintenance team. Coming from medical device management at B. Braun Medical, she joined Loreto as a part-time supervisor and worked her way up to Director of Operations. She proved herself at every step, ensuring every repair project runs seamlessly from initial call to final sign-off.
Alejandro Pascual
Maintenance Division Manager
Alejandro leads the LoretoFix technical team. A highly skilled technician, his background spans specialized trade roles, emergency repairs, and work as a commercial diver repairing large vessels at port—demanding work where precision and safety are non-negotiable. Alejandro oversees day-to-day operations, quality control, and technical standards for every residential job.

Julie ensures every home project operates under strict safety protocols. As a qualified Manual Handling Instructor, she maintains safety standards that protect both our technical team and your home environment.
